There are 47 Exhibitor Booths spaces in 4 different sizes. Book early to ensure the best spots.
We will make every effort to promptly update the Floor Plan to display booths that have already sold.

NOTE: Most of our confirmed exhibitors have NOT selected a booth yet. First come, first serve! We also will convert some of our small booths into larger ones. If you don’t see an available booth size, contact us and we will accommodate you.
We invite you to specify which booth(s) you would like, but your reservation is NOT guaranteed until payment is received. For the best selection we encourage you to pay on-line by credit card or PayPal balance. For other payment options refer to the Exhibitor Information Package.

Sponsorship
Sponsors will be promoted on our website, trade show banners, and audio announcements. The Sponsorship Fee (free for exhibitors) is a fixed price. Prominent placement will be determined based on the value of door prizes you contribute. Door prizes are NOT mandatory, but guests tent to remember who gave great door prizes and pre-prize draw excitement is your best value for making a lasting impression. Where possible we will promote the list of door prizes contributed by each prize donor.
We do NOT have an option for on-line payment of Sponsorship fees. The Information Package provides the details.
